How to Prepare a Special Tomato Bath

Special Tomato Bath Tomato is one of the most used and most widely used vegetable or fruit which is almost used in every recipe ranging from smoky pizzas to red hot soup.
 When Buying Grocery for your home we never think of commonly used vegatables like tomato, ginger, Pudina and other veggies.

But if we know more about its usage we will never forget to add it to our shopping cart. Many of us do it right? The vegetable has lycopene, which may have beneficial health effects. This is a vegetable that can be grown at home in a simple pot and does not require much of nurturing and care taking unlike other plants.

 Coming to the recipe part, this is an easy and tasty food to be made as a breakfast or lunch and tastes good along with the raita which helps in the enhancement of the taste. This can be made spicy and hot too according to the need.

The ingredients of the recipe go as follows: 


Basmati Rice-3 1/2 cups,
Tomatoes-4nos
Green peas-1/2 cup
Green chillies-6 to 7 no’s(according to the taste)
Little Oil-3 tbsp Water-1 1/2 cups.

1 Rinse and soak the rice for some time and drain it well.
2. Smash the tomatoes and keep it aside for some time till the other ingredients are done.
3.Chop the onions, chillies and other ingredients required.
4. Heat the pan with oil in it along with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and green chillies and fry it for some short interval of time of some 30 seconds.
 5. Continue frying after adding onion chopping and ginger garlic paste.
 6. Add green peas and garam masala powder, red chilli and salt to the above ingredients and stir it well.
7. Then add cashew nuts and fry it for half a minute.
 8. Add the soaked and dried rice and mix it well to make it a uniform mixed mixture.
9. Pour the smashed tomato prepared and then add coconut milk. Stir it well and mix it appropriately. 10. Add water to the required level. Close the lid and allow it to make 3 whistles.
 11. After the pressure in the cooker is released, just mix it very well and then the recipe is ready to serve hot. Addition of a small amount of turmeric according to the liking can be used for taste enhancement.
